A so-called ‘stripper-mobile’, which travelled the streets of Las Vegas from 10pm to 2am in an effort to drive business to the club it was promoting, has been halted after the man behind it decided to follow his lawyers advice.
The truck, which had clear plastic sides, gave onlookers a view of what the club had to offer, namely bikini clad girls dancing around a stripper pole. Marketing Director, Larry Beard, was the brain behind the idea, which aimed to promote the strip club Deja Vu Showgirls. He decided to pull the truck off the road, however, after receiving advice from his lawyer.
Earlier in the week, Beard had claimed he was prepared to fight county leaders who thought the display was ‘unseemly or unsafe’.
