EA have announced the soon to be released Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will include 2 additional maps as part of EA’s ‘Project Ten Dollar’ initiative, which aims to disrupt the deficit from used game sales.

The maps, Nelson Bay (Rush) – a snow covered, infantry focussed map – and Laguna Alta (Conquest) – a woodland environment where effective use of the ATV and infantry focussed vehicles will be key to victory, will be included on the disk and unlocked via a code included with the game. Players who purchase the title used will be required to pay an extra $15 (prices haven’t been specified for other regions) for an unlock code. PC users get the content as part of a game update.

will release on March 2nd in North America, March 4th in Europe and March 5th in the UK & Ireland for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.
