Wii hits 10 million served in Japan.

Nintendo have announced that, as of February 28th, the total number of Wii consoles sold in Japan has reached 10 million.

It took the console 170 weeks to reach the milestone. Interestingly, the PS2 managed the same feat in just 131 weeks.

Enterbrain also claims Sony have sold 4,766,408 Playstation 3′s in the region, with Microsoft shifting 1,235,049 Xbox 360′s.
