Metro 2034 coming, will be 3D.

THQ’s VP of Core Games Danny Bilson has revealed that 4A Games’ are hard at work on a sequel to Metro 2033, which released last March. Better still, the title is being made with 3D in mind.

“We’re showing Metro 2033 in right now, which Nvidia is showing as one of their key demo products,” he said.

“We’re going to be doing a 3D version of that on Metro 2034 – the sequel. And there will be some engineering costs there, but that’s in our lowest cost centre in the world. Those games are unbelievably reasonable, they’re built in Kiev.”

Of course, there’s no mention of when Metro 2034 might be making it’s way to stores, so don’t expect it soon.
