Microsoft prices Kinetic; new 360 hardware coming in August.

Microsoft spent the majority of E3 focussing on the software line-up for Kinect, with a price for the peripheral noticeably absent. Now, though, the behemoth company has finally revealed pricing for the peripheral, and a new “refresher” Xbox 360 Arcade bundle.

$149.99 is the figure to remember, which consists of a bundle of the Kinect camera and the title Kinect Adventures when it launches in November. Anyone who pre-orders the pack will get a voucher to download three exclusive levels for the title.

In August, will also release a new version of their Arcade SKU. The console, which is the same as the newly released S, will feature just 4GB of internal flash memory but will retail for $200. In addition, a Kinect + 360 Arcade bundle will be available when Kinect releases in November for $300.

More than 15 games will be available at launch, with the majority fetching an RRP of $59.99.
