DICE announces new Bad Company 2 maps.

DICE has announced a seventh VIP map pack for Bad Company 2, timed with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops.

The pack brings four brand new maps to , with two of those remakes of Bad Company 1 maps – Oasis and Harvest Day. Both of these will support Rush, Conquest, Squad Rush, and Squad Deathmatch modes.

The other two, Cold War and Heavy Metal, are inspired by Bad Company 2′s single player campaign. Cold War comes in the Rush, Squad Rush and Squad Deathmatch variety’s, with Heavy Metal available in Conquest, Squad Rush and Squad Deathmatch.

As always, this’ll be free for PC players and console VIP players.
