Battlefield 3 beta starts on September 29th.

Taking place (again) on the map Operation Metro (Rush mode), the beta will be open to all users on , and come September 29th, with users who pre-ordered Battlefield 3 or purchased the Medal of Honour Limited Edition receiving their 2 day early access codes via email sometime before then. Also, people who purchased Medal of Honour via Steam before it’s removal (on July 26th) also gain access.

There’s no limit on how much you’ll be able to play, but presumably no all Battlefield 3′s unlocks will be included. The beta itself concludes on October 10th.

have also revealed the games system requirements for the PC, with a 2Ghz dual core CPU, 2GB’s of memory, a DirectX 10 (or higher) graphics card and 20GB’s of disk space considered the minimum. Recommended suggests a quad core CPU, 4GB’s of memory, a DirectX 11 graphics card with 1024mb of dedicated memory and 20GB’s of disk space.
