Just days before the suit was set to go to try, attorneys representing Jason West and Vince Zampella have announced that they’ve reached a settlement with Activision.
Unfortunately, the terms of the settlement are confidential though a tweet from LA Times reporter Ben Fritz claims “Jason West is in the court and smiling.”
It’s unlikely we’ll find out quite how settlement stands, but Activision latest earnings report did mention that the company had set aside one billion dollars in case the court proceedings went against them.
